Spring Refresh - Ayurveda and Yoga Workshop

Are you beginning to feel sluggish and lethargic after another long New England winter? This is the perfect time to tap into the wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda to invigorate and reawaken for the transition into spring. According to Ayurveda, adjusting your routine from season to season is an important key to maintaining whole self health. In this workshop you will:
- Be introduced to the basics of Ayurveda
- Learn about foods that will cleanse the body of heaviness accumulated during the winter
- Discover invigorating and nourishing springtime self care practices
- Develop your own daily routine for spring
- Learn and practice simple yoga postures that will support you throughout the season
Please bring a yoga mat, towel or blanket and your favorite mug to enjoy some warming and nourishing Ayurvedic chai tea during the workshop.
