Thursday, August 1712:00—1:00 PMZoom

Whether you admire their stunning colors, incredible flying skills, or ability to control mosquitos, dragonflies are worth a closer look. Known for their quick, darting flight patterns, we'll explore how to best observe these amazing insects in nature. Learn about their unique behaviors and life history, how to identify commonly found New England species, and why wetlands and clean water are so important for these beautiful creatures. Led by Dr. Martha Gach, PhD, the Conservation Coordinator at Mass Audubon’s Broad Meadow Brook Wildlife Santcuary and Conservation Center.
