Join local herbalist, Hannah Sparks, on a journey to learn about herbs. During our meetings we will conduct herbal research to learn about the what, why, when, and how of herbs and at the end of class we will compare what we’ve learned to help deepen our understanding on the many ways in which to use herbs.

This is a class appropriate for all levels, no experience necessary. Meets the 2nd Thursday of the month from January 11 to June 13.

SUPPLIES

Participants will be provided with a blank Materia Medica form and a variety of herbal texts. Tea and herbs may be provided on occasion to enhance organoleptic learning.

Bring any herb related books you may want to use for reference and something to write with.
