Story Yoga

Join our instructor, Jet Wiksten in the Children's Room for a story and a gentle introduction to yoga.

Each week we'll read a wonderful story and then act it out using yoga poses. Join the fun.

Please register for the class and bring your yoga mat. Meant for children aged newborn - six and their caregivers.
