Join our instructor, Jet Wiksten in the Children's Room for a story and a gentle introduction to yoga.

Each week will feature different themes.  Sand Caste. Yoga Poses & Focus - New things & everything is temporary

Please register for the class and bring your yoga mat. Meant for children aged newborn - six and their caregivers.
